Underdog Terms of Use

Underdog is a platform designed to discover and launch trending tokens, called “Collections.” Each Collection is created fairly, with no pre-sale or insider advantages, and features a fixed supply of one billion tokens. When you initiate a token creation, an immutable smart contract is deployed on a public blockchain. However, participating in token creation carries significant risks, and Underdog reserves the right to alter or remove access to tokens if fraudulent activity is detected.

Agreement Terms

By accessing the Collections Interface, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use. If you disagree, you must not use the Interface and cannot hold the Interface Providers liable for any losses.

Additionally, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age to form a binding contract, not reside in a region where the site's use is illegal, and comply with applicable laws.

Any changes to these Terms will be communicated, and continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.

Access to and Use of Underdog

To use the Underdog interface, you must connect your token wallet, for which you alone are responsible for its security. Ensure your private keys are kept confidential.

When launching a token through Underdog, you agree to:

• Upload only your original content, free from intellectual property violations.
• Avoid uploading offensive, hateful, or violent content.
• Refrain from using automated means to interact with the site or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Not introduce harmful or fraudulent materials, mislead others, or damage the site's reputation.

Tokens, once created, cannot be undone. However, Underdog reserves the right to limit or remove a token's visibility if necessary.

Interface Provider Responsibilities

Underdog aims to keep its interface accessible but may suspend access for maintenance, security, or unforeseen events.

Modifications and Interruptions

Underdog can change, update, or suspend its site at any time without notice and is not responsible for any consequences of these changes.

Fees

Transaction fees apply to all trades on the site, with Underdog reserving the right to adjust these fees at any time.

Unclaimed pool balances for more than 3 months are withdrawn in a separate staking pool deposit for the platform.
